What Skinny Dip Fitness is all About
Skinny Dip isn't about being skinny at all -- it's about being healthy. So, why call it Skinny Dip? It's quite simple. =)
Throughout our lives, we symbolically wear so many layers of reasons, beliefs, habits, negative self-images, and excuses that weigh us down so much that we are unable to move forward in our lives. In fact, as things become more difficult, we add more layers, and eventually, many of us feel like we're going backwards; moving further and further from the things we really want for ourselves. Our health is most important, as we can't continue on other journeys without it.
Life is too short, and a healthier version of you is just within your reach. Test the waters -- try living a healthier lifestyle with all the tools you'll need to make it as easy as possible. It's time to shed all those layers that you've been wearing, and go Skinny Dipping!
Oh, and by the way, be excited: you're about to embark on a journey to discover your best version of you. -- Tracy xoxo
The Skinny Dip eBook Series was created and written by Tracy Freeman, a certified fitness instructor, nutrition enthusiast, and mother of three.
Each eBook in the Skinny Dip Series is a one-week plan intended to make it as easy as possible for you to get your feet wet with a healthier lifestyle.
Every book is unique, offering variety in meals and exercise, and includes the following features:
There is a lot versatility in each book, as you can redo the week as many times as you want, and play around with blank meal/fitness plan to customize it. The more books you own, the more variety in meals and fitness you will have, making it easier for you to stay on track.
So, the question is, what kind of skinny dipper are you?
Toe-tester – I like to stick my toe in and test the waters, so I would just get just one week to start with.
Wader – I don’t mind wading up to my hips, so I would get a two weeks and take it from there.
Diver – I don’t mess around; I go all in. There’s nothing that says commitment like diving right in, so I’d start with all four weeks!
