Honestly, I've never been able to confidently wear tights, leggings, or yoga pants, and look at me now. Putting effort into strength training like this, as well as nutrition has made all the difference. For the first time in my life, I feel like I can wear yoga pants in public... and actually look good. So take a minute and work that booty, make a point to eat healthier and soon you'll be rocking a pair of leggings too.
These Mad Minutes actually DO make a difference, so don't go blowing them off. Every time you do one, you're proving to yourself that your ARE able to do all the things you never though you could. Take it from me - the reformed couch potato.
As far as this workout goes, remember to put all your weight in the heel of your supporting leg and use good form for the entire minute. If you need to take breaks, that's OK. Just stop for a breath and then jump back in.
