In my search for more information on how I can improve my gut health as well as find ways to get more sleep, I've been listening to a lot of podcasts on The Chalene Show, where Chalene Johnson has been interviewing experts on various topics. She did a two-part podcast (episodes 235 & 237) with sleep expert, Dr. Michael Breus, all about sleep. He shared some startling information about melatonin, and how it really isn't a good idea, unless you're over 50. He also shared very good information about magnesium, and how most of us need it. That's where the banana tea came in.
