Most of the time when we try to do workouts that target the our bum bums, we end up doing various squats. That's great for a lift, as squats work the gluteus Maximus muscles which are the biggest, more centrally located muscles of each cheek.
While that's important, we still need to sculpt the other areas of our butts, such as the gluteus medius muscles, located at the sides of each cheek. This are gets less attention, but is definitely important when you're trying to sculpt your butt!
Try doing one minute on each side, and you'll feel the burn! I did mine today, and oh LAWD! It was challenging. I already feel it and so I know it's going to be a tender area tomorrow!
