Skinny Dip isn't about being skinny at all -- it's about being healthy. In fact, I very much dislike how there is so much focus on skinny. So, why call it Skinny Dip? It's quite simple. =)
Here's the thing: Throughout our lives, we symbolically wear so many layers of reasons, beliefs, habits, negative self-images, and excuses that weigh us down so much that we are unable to move forward in our lives. In fact, as things become more difficult, we add more layers, and eventually, many of us feel like we're going backwards; moving further and further from the things we really want for ourselves. Our health is most important, as we can't continue on other journeys without it.
Life is too short, and a healthier version of you is just within your reach. Test the waters -- try living a healthier lifestyle with all the tools you'll need to make it as easy as possible. It's time to shed all those layers that you've been wearing; take it all off and Jump in! Go Skinny Dipping!
