Well, I'm pleased to report that we rocked day 2! The food's great, the workout is ballanced and challenging, and everyone's happy.
Everything is so much easier if you start out with a plan, and even better if the plan is already done for you!
It's also more likely we will stay on track when we actually enjoy the food — we had pizza for dinner! It was amazeballs. :)
