Don't worry, I've got your back if you need to modify. The modifications are also shown, and are a great starting point. Rather than hurt yourself, start with the modified version and set a goal to improve enough to do the advanced version. It doesn't take long, in fact you could do this for a few days and find yourself strong enough to do a couple of reps in advanced mode, going back to modified mode to finish the minute.
If you do one of these workouts every day, you WILL improve your fitness level, by becoming stronger and more flexible. Not a bad deal, huh? =)
