Last night, we officially completed our test week. After weighing in this morning, it's clear that the program is working as is should. (YAY!)
The test group participants were varied in age and gender and also had different amounts of weight to lose. They all lost 5 lbs each along with some serious inches! While some were just beginning their journey, others were already rolling, and they all had great results.
As for me, I lost 3 lbs and 5 inches, and since that puts me into my happy zone, it's good to know that the program still gets results for people who have less than 15 lbs to lose.
One participant, who has an old shoulder injury, had to modify the workouts significantly, leaving out some of the moves and modifying others. Nonetheless, she still felt good about the workouts and was pleased that she was able to lose some inches.
The food was a total hit, the recipes are easy to make, and the workouts are challenging but modifiable. Versatility in the meal plan allows for switching the menu around if needed, and we all felt satisfied. With an opportunity to actually do the program, we were able to pick out the things that needed some tweaking.
All in all, we had a great run, and what I've learned from this test group has helped me make these eBooks top quality.
Now that we know we have the correct calculations for everyone's calorie needs, over the next little while, I'll be running through the other three weeks at an accelerated rate for quality control. Every single recipe will be tested. All the workouts will be checked to ensure they flow and have balance.
