So I feel like this past week has been a real struggle for me. I will not make any excuses but I feel like life got away with me. I have not worked out as much as I normally do. I was feeling a bit nervous about working out in front of other people in my own house. Well that did change after about 4 days. I have my nephew staying with me for awhile and have to get use to other people being around. So needless to say I was not impressed with my results this week. You know we all have out good weeks and bad weeks. I did not gain or I did not loose any so that's a good thing. I will just get into the swing of things and this week to come is a new week and look forward to what comes. So lets just remember we are not perfect and we all have struggles. Don't beat yourself up it happens.
