WOW!! Lisa has lost 10 pounds and has clearly managed to develop some serious muscle definition! She started back in January, 2016 and stuck to it. She is a great example of what happens when you follow the SDF meal and workout plans. Well done Lisa!

How much weight have you lost? (lbs)
Have you noticed health improvements since you began Skinny Dip Fitness and Nutrition Plans?
For sure! I am sleeping better and more mentally focused in my daily activities. My sluggish digestive tract has also improved immensely!
How has this program affected your body physically?
After going through some emotional trauma last year, I lost a lot of weight, mostly muscle mass. When I put the weight back on, I was unhappy with my lack of muscle. I felt weak. Thanks to the Skinny Dip Program, I finally have my muscle mass back!!
Do you feel satisfied with the Skinny Dip Meals and Snacks?

Do you feel like you are following a strict/restrictive diet? Explain.
Not at all. I love getting to eat REAL satisfying food ~ which is just one of the reasons I chose this plan over ones that mostly involve meal replacement shakes & supplements.
What obstacles did you have to overcome to get this far?
I had to overcome the nay-sayer in me that kept telling me I was too old & too weak to continue with the program.
Have you noticed any improvements emotionally since you began your Skinny Dip Fitness transformation?
Absolutely!! I not only look amazing but I FEEL amazing! You can't beat the sense of pride & accomplishment you feel when you push through barriers & achieve your goals. I am a much happier girl!
How has this program changed your life?
Being able to push myself physically has transcended into other areas of my life ~ I'm feeling better in my 40's than I did in my 30's. I feel UNSTOPPABLE!
Describe how this new you is different from the old you.
The old me lacked confidence, always believing the negative voices inside my head telling me I couldn't do things. But now I believe I can & I WILL!
