LISA'S TRANSFORMATION WON HER A $150 LULU LEMON GIFT CARD!
Lisa M has been following the SDF plans longer than what is documented here. She has made great progress in this stretch of her journey. Lisa lost 8 pounds and 15 inches and has put on some lean muscle. She has narrowed in the waist and toned up her arms. That's what happens when you gain lean muscle!
UPDATE: Remember when I said that Lisa had been following the Skinny Dip Fitness and Nutrition plans for quite some time? Well, after the deadline, Lisa actually sent me pictures of her entire transformation. I'm not going to lie, we wanted to give her first place when we saw them but to be fair to the other finalists we needed to stick to the rule that submissions needed to be made on or before the deadline.
None the less, I'd like to congratulate Lisa for working through some big issues such as painful stress fractures. She is back to running, cycling and doing some strength training too. She and her hubby continue to follow the SDF nutrition plans and she's been gaining more and more momentum for daily workouts, doing trail running ... up the sides of mountains... =) So proud of this girl XOXO

How much weight have you lost? (lbs)
Have you noticed health improvements since you began Skinny Dip Fitness and Nutrition Plans?
I feel like I am making healthier choices then what I use to do. I eat cleaner , exercise more, this has helped me with my energy level to keep going on this program
How has this program affected your body physically?
I feel so much stronger. It has taken months for me to finally see the changes but I am super amazed at the changes. I am starting to see muscle definition in my arms :) I still can't do a real push up... but that is my goal to achieve in the next few months
How have the people around you responded to your transformation?
I have had a lot of people comment on how different I look. They have been positive and have asked me lots of questions about the skinny dip program and how successful it has been for me.
Do you feel satisfied with the Skinny Dip Meals and Snacks?
Are you happy with your results so far?
Do you consider the Skinny Dip Fitness and Nutrition model to be healthy and balanced?
Do you feel like you are following a strict/restrictive diet? Explain.
Surprisingly not. Other diets left me feeling deprived but the skinny dip program does not make me feel this way. If anything I find it hard to eat all of the meals in a day because of my poor eating habits.
How many inches have you lost?
What obstacles did you have to overcome to get this far?
exercising , I was not been a very active person before starting this program. I actually was a complete couch potato. I now work out, do yoga and run through out the week.
Have you noticed any improvments emotionally since you began your Skinny Dip Fitness transformation?
I don't feel the anxiety that I use to feel. I have always been an anxious person. I now feel like I can handle daily stressors with out becoming so overwhelmed.
How has this program changed your life?
I am so much more conscious of what I am eating and making sure I am staying active on a daily basis. It 's not alway easy to stay on task, but it's definitely easier to do better the next day or the next meal. This is not a diet but a life style.
Describe how this new you is different from the old you.
I now look forward to trying new healthy foods and recipes as before I only ate the same old unhealthy foods. I also look forward to my daily workouts . I have met new friends and try different activities
Can you see yourself continuing on with this lifestyle?
This program is the most successful program I have ever used to lose weight. I have recommended it to a number of friends and look forward to see the changes to my body over the upcoming months.
